It is a world where people are best placed in roles that utilise their skills, and are empowered to work through their barriers. It is where organisations value their team, are profitable, can sustain growth and make the biggest difference in their industry.
The Individuals World
My vision for each individual is to fully thrive in their lives. At work, at home and in each area of their life that matters to them. It is a world where people wake up every day excited about their life, have passion for their dreams and feel inspired to live them out.
I have been a Consultant, Coach and Trainer for many years and prior to that I have also worked in roles that were a poor fit - for me and for the organisation. As a result I suffered with poor self esteem, obesity and financial chaos. Thriving through my adversity ignited an enormous passion in me to help other team members to love their work, and for organisations to get the most out of their team through empowerment and a shared vision. I work with diverse groups of people, with one goal in mind - to help them move forward with an empowered and responsibility driven mindset.
I use my many years of experience in 1:1 and group settings, along with my training in Neuro-linguistic Programming, behavioural profiling, training, business, human resources, finance, sociology, communications and coaching to help individuals and organisations to reach their highest potential.
